A part of the masterplan for an area of the city of Hialeah, this intervention aims to beautify and make pedestrian-friendly the very important Road, Le Jeune that further connects to Miami International airport. The proposed ideas include reduction in setbacks from the street, stricter regulations for the building heights, larger maximum allowable building footprints, controlled mixed-use zones, additions of beautiful medians, increased parking and sidewalk sizes, addition of street signs and frequency of street lights etc. We also proposed what the new version of the street could possibly look like if these suggestions were to be implemented.
